Study Of Test Data Management And MES Of Lighting Inspection Machine

With the rapid development of flat-panel TV industry, plasma display panel(PDP) receives more and more people's attention for its excellent performance, and has broad development prospects. The research topic involved in this paper comes from the special major equipment of National Development and Reform Commission, developing a product and test equipment of plasma display panel PDP lighting inspection machine. This paper discusses the design process of Data Collection Terminal(DCT) in charge of the test data management of the equipment and studies the PDP line MES. DCT has achieved the design features and the equipment has been running in trial, which will significantly improve the productivity of PDP.This paper firstly introduces the Mechanical and electrical system components of the lighting inspection machine. Besides, it also illustrates the role DCT plays in the PC software system and the functions to be accomplished. Second, the paper deeply analyses the operation and the operation data involved in every step of the process testing made by the lighting inspection machine. The design of DCT under the guidance of the concept of modular programming is regarded as the main research object. Respecting the operator's habits and wishes, DCT completes the design of three parts modules, forms and a class module, and builds the interfaces between PC and peripheral equipment to achieve all the functions required in the process testing.This paper also makes a study and exploration of the Changhong PDP line MES on the basis of a study and summary of the MES development and application at home and abroad, from the structural and functional level. Particularly, this paper at last makes a deep research of the contents and specification of the transfer data in the business process layer.
