With the rapid development of Oil drilling industry in recent years,automated drilling platform operating system has been becoming increasingly important,and the related technology and equipment have been gradually becoming the focus of research.On the basis of Liaohe oilfield for drilling rig drill pipe transmission device design requirements,and with drilling robot as the research object,the thesis will carry out the drilling operation robot technology research.1)The thesis investigates the current situation and development trend of the drilling platform pipe transmission device and the drilling platform working robot.2)According to the Liaohe oilfield for drilling rig drill pipe transmission device design requirements,the thesis determines the performance parameters and structure form of the operating robot,and the CAD and Solidworks design software for the mechanical structure design.3)In this thesis,the structure of the operating robot key components was simplified,and then Used ANSYS software to analyze the static stiffness of the key parts of the robot.4)The thesis designs the hydraulic drive system of the working robot and selected the main hydraulic components.5)The thesis preliminarily designs the controllable system of the robot and the manual program of the controllable system.Then on this basis,the thesis also supplemented with automatic program.6)This topic is still need to combine with the actual situation of the drilling platform operating robot to carry out experiments,data calculation and design of the robot.Operating robot designed in this paper has not been production installation and debugging,the overall effect of need to debug through,and the overall design preliminary meet the performance requirements of Liaohe oilfield for drilling rig drill pipe transmission device.
