Engineering vehicles needs not only the High-speed transportability,the Low-speedstability is more important.Composite transmission technology,with its obvious advantagesrelative to the single transmission technology has gradually become the preferred transmissionfor engineering vehicles.With the continuous improvement of the intellectualized level of construction machineryindustry,construction machinery controller and its associated control system as one of the keytechnology of construction machinery has become a key factor in determining its productperformance.Thus,have a high degree of protection and powerful dedicated engineeringmachinery controller is recognized by the market.In this paper,the composite mechanical/hydraulic gearbox control system is our mainlyobject of study.Firstly,analysis of the features of the composite mechanical/hydraulicgearbox,based on the design of the control system program,completed the hardware systemdesign of the mechanical/hydraulic compound gearbox based on InterControl controller.Andin accordance with the design,completed the software development of speed control and drivemode switching,achieve the engine constant speed control based on CAN bus and SAEJ1939protocol,reached the purpose of improving fuel economy.Finally,the control system is verifiedthrough simulation experiment.
