With the rapid development of network communication technology, the masses of users ask the quality of network communication for increasing. How to utilize the network resources more effectively and improve the transmission performance of the network in order to meet the growing demand of communication has become an important research direction in the field of network communication. Network coding technology arises at the historic moment. Network coding technology has changed the traditional way of communication based on the means of route, which allows intermediate nodes to encode the data for transmission, and makes the network transmission reach the up limit of theoretical transmission in the maximum flow- minimum cut theorem. Network coding plays an important role in improving network bandwidth resource utilization, balancing the network load, improving the network throughput, and enhancing network security. Therefore it greatly solves the problem of people's increasing demand for network communications.Based on the theory of network coding, a simulation platform based on network coding and multicast technology is designed. The primary function of the simulation platform is: using three different methods to generate the basic topology, namely: manual topology generation, classical topology generation,random topology generation, and apply the achievements to the network coding theoretical research; On the basis of the generated the basic topology from the platform, the network communication multicasts tree is established, which provides strong evidence for the superiority of network coding compared with the traditional routing method in the network transmission; To improve the simulation platform in the generation of mechanism based on network coding, a random network topology generation algorithm based on network coding technology is proposed, which provides more accurate topological environment for the research of network coding and the generating of multicast tree based on network coding technology.
