With a wide range of applications of spectral imaging technology and the rapid development of the polarization detection technology, the polarized spectral imaging technology has a wider range of application in the field of detection and identification. The polarization spectral imaging system as a typical representative of high precision detecting, in order to ensure that the polarization spectral imaging system characteristics of the real time and high resolution, large flux respectively, the calibration is the key link in the polarization spectrum imaging system development process. This paper mainly studied the calibration technology of polarization spectrum imaging system.First of all, this paper studied the spectral imaging system & polarization imaging system and then introduced the filter-based spectrum imaging, dispersion spectrum imaging, interferometric spectrum imaging, computed spectrum imaging and polarization imaging respectively. Then, this paper studied the calibration technology of polarization spectrum imaging and then clarified the principles of spectrum calibration, radiance calibration, polarization calibration and quality evaluation based on MIF imaging. Finally, according to the principle characteristics of prism-grating polarization spectrum imager, this paper designed the spectrum calibration scheme, radiation calibration scheme and polarization calibration scheme. Further, this paper completed the calibration experiment of prism-grating polarization spectrum imager. Aiming at the principle characteristics of prism-grating polarization spectrum imager, this paper designed monochromator spectrum calibration scheme, integrating sphere radiation calibration scheme and polarization calibration scheme based on modulation method. Further, this paper completed calibration experiment and uncertainty analysis. The experimental data indicated that the average value of spectral resolution was 1.8311nm with the standard error of 0.0012nm. The spectral resolution satisfied and prevailed over the design index 2.0000nm; the average value of polarization data was 1.000 with the standard deviation of 0.15%. The polarization characteristics satisfied and prevailed over the design index 1.00%; the wavelength response curve of polarization spectrum imager was obtained via radiation calibration; measuring the MTF of 800nm wavelength spectrum image.It would be concluded that by calibration technique of polarization spectral imaging system is an effective guarantee for high precision measurement and real-time detection. With the people demanding for polarization spectral imaging system constantly improved, the polarization spectral imaging system calibration technology in spectral imaging system will play an important role in the development of the whole.
