Display is an important device for information output,and has been widely used in national defense,industry and people’s daily life.With the development of information technology,new display products with large size and high resolution are emerging,and people’s requirements for the quality of display products are also increasing,so new demands are made for the testing of display parameters.Imaging spectroscopy technology integrates spectral measurement technology and photoelectric imaging technology,which can obtain the spectral cube data of the target,and through calibration can obtain the absolute spectral power distribution curve of each point in the display space,and then calculate the luminance and chromaticity values of each point of the screen.The application of imaging spectroscopy technology to the detection of display products can overcome the shortcomings of the current imaging type luminance meter measurement accuracy is not high,and has a good application prospect in the quality inspection of display screens.Based on the extensive search of domestic and foreign related literature and the investigation of industrial background,this paper introduces the principle and structure of imaging spectrometer with linear gradient filter as the core,deduces the calculation formula of luminance and color coordinates of imaging spectrometer display,studies the calibration principle,spectral line correction and peak calibration method of linear gradient filter imaging spectrometer,and designs the algorithm to improve the calibration accuracy.In order to realize the rapid measurement and analysis of luminance and color coordinates at each point of the display,a set of luminance-chromaticity parameter measurement software integrating image acquisition,spectral reconstruction,spectral calibration and radiation calibration,and luminance-chromaticity parameter calculation and analysis was designed.The principle experimental test device for spectral calibration,radiation calibration,display brightness and color coordinates measurement is established,and the feasibility of the luminance chromaticity parameter measurement method using imaging spectroscopy is experimentally verified,and the experimental test results meet the design accuracy requirements. |
