In the field of video surveillance, monitoring system is changing from analog to digital and high definition. The traditional design method is not only complex, high cost, but also low resolution, single function, and can not meet the daily needs. Flame detection is also a constant development issue, but most of the past research is based on the PC algorithm, which is not suitable for embedded system. Aiming at these problems, the wireless network HD real-time monitoring system is designed and realized, and the flame detection algorithm is integrated which is suitable for the embedded system. The system has the function of automatic identification of the flame, and has the early warning function of fire.Hi3518E+OV9712 scheme is adopted. The system is design and researched from two aspects of hardware and software. First of all, the Hi3518E minimum system is designed, including power supply and clock, reset circuit, DDR and SPI flash interface circuit, then the necessary peripheral interface is designed, including UART interface, the MAC interface, USB interface and image sensor interface. In the software development, the embedded Linux development environment is builded, the Linux kernel and related drivers are transplanted and the root file system is maked. Based on B/S architecture, the web client access is achieved by porting the Boa web server. In order to achieve the purpose of real-time monitoring, the streaming media technology is used, the open source RTP library oRTP is transplanted on the server, then the RTP protocol is used to put the stream which is collected by the camera and compressed by H.264 to the network through the RT3070 WiFi transmission module, for the client to receive.Through the study of flame detection algorithm, the detection algorithm is applied to the system. The core idea is to consider the flame as a special moving target, and then use the theory of moving target detection, and then distinguish the moving target according to a series of characteristics of the flame.The concept of the Hi3518E chip channel is used in the program design. The main channel and auxiliary channel are opened at the same time, the main channel data is used to encode and transmit, and the auxiliary channel data is used to carry out the operation to complete the flame detection.Finally, the system is tested under the Windows system and Linux system.The image quality is observed through the PC browser in day and night which is collected and transmited by the system,then the wireshark is used to capture the data packet which is sent by image collecting terminal. Experiments show that the effect is ideal, reliable, fully meets the requirements of Real Time HD monitoring. The recognition rate of the flame is also very high, and there is a great reference value for design of intelligent wireless network monitoring system.
