This thesis discusses the on-line measurement support software, which is one of operation support systems matching with KENING Company's SD2880 highly accurate finishing digital control platform. The software's target is to be independent software running in universal computer platform environment, and provide highly efficient support to data measurement task management, data analysis/calibration and combined management of multiple tasks.First, from demand analysis view, the thesis focuses on analyzing measurement data management and computing, machining quality analysis based on real measurement data, and measurement control programming aid functions for machining process. The software is designed by multiple structures. Each level is comprised of a group of related independent software modules, and different levels of software modules call or visit each other through clearly definite interfaces. The system's software levels include interactive view processing level, data analysis level, measurement data management level, and data management level. On basic level, the software manages all dynamic operation real data and all static criteria, such as standard criteria, technical criteria and work piece criteria. This level is built on the foundation of all-purpose relative database platform, and interchange data with upper level software through all-purpose database visit interfaces.This software is programmed by C++, database server uses Oracle, and runs in Windows operating system. The thesis discusses main programs'programming implementation and testing. Currently the software has been finished core functions'development and trial, gets good effect primarily.
