In recent years, with the reform of the financial system, the competition of the financial market is increasing, the credit card as a tool for credit payment has developed rapidly, and has received the attention of people. In the credit card number, the number of businesses increased in the background, the amount of credit card deposits, consumption has continued to decline, credit card business risks continue to increase, especially the risk of credit card transactions. Therefore, how to manage the credit card to play the economic benefits of the credit card has become a hot research topic.The existing credit card business management system function is simple, the lack of multi-dimensional data for the analysis, the credit card transaction risk analysis is also relatively short. Based on the above problems, this paper studies the risk management system of credit card transaction. On the basis of credit card risk management business needs, combined with the actual situation of credit card business risk management, web design and implementation of credit card risk management system based on business transactions, the main contents of this paper are:firstly, the research background, significance, status and research content are described; the related technology of system design are introduced in this paper, through the introduction of the key technology, design and implementation of the system laid the foundation of the technology; investigation of the demand of the system, the account management, credit management, report management and credit decision analysis, system management five functional requirements based on demand; on the design of the system, including the overall system design and detailed design; and then into the research on the realization of the system, and the system Test, test results show that, in this paper, the design of system function in normal operation to established target function; finally, the paper summarizes the research and lack of research is prospected.In this paper, based on the web design and implementation of credit card transaction risk management system, enhance the efficiency of credit card transaction risk management. The technology developed in this paper are:J2EE architecture, JAVA technology, MVC design pattern, B/S architecture, MYSQL database, etc.. After the last test, it is indicated that the system developed in this paper achieves the expected goal. The design and implementation of the system is of great significance to the analysis of the transaction risk, the lock of the target customers and the risk control. Through the design and implementation of this system, we hope to lay the foundation for future research of credit card transaction risk management system.
