Abstract/Summary:
In the modern living and production,the control of temperature is more and more important.However,some controlled object related to the temperature,like incubator,its precise mathematical model is not easy to get,and these systems are generally have big hysteretic problem.Now,the temperature controller belongs to the frontier products in the field of information technology,and has been widely used in industrial production and daily life,with the development of electronic technology and the control algorithm,the degree of requirements to the controller also improved.For solving the problem of the temperature controller this thesis put forward a modified gravity PID algorithm and used it to optimize the parameter of the temperature controller,and then designed a new type of temperature controller,following is the mainly research for it:First,because of the nonlinear character of the controlled object,it is difficult for us to get the parameter of PID controller.This thesis analyzed the theory of PID control,using the algorithm of gravity to optimize the PID parameter.By studying theory knowledge this thesis get the Mathematical model of the controlled object so as to make sure the effectiveness and accuracy of the control system.Second,to improve the algorithm of gravity this thesis uses the strategy of boundary mutation,hauling back some individuals those are beyond the borders,increased the diversity of the individuals and improved the effectiveness of the optimization.Some individuals beyond the border are hauled back to the feasible region again instead of the feasible domain boundaries,improved the diversity of individuals.Then combined the new gravity algorithm with conventional PID control algorithm and verified the validity of this new algorithm by experiment and simulation.Third,a new temperature controller with STM32 32-bit microcontroller is designed and developed,and each module of the temperature controller is designed.Then select the oven as a controlled object,and connect the temperature controller with the PC control platform that designed use the software of LabVIEW form a temperature control system.It is proved that this control system has good control performance and robustness,at the same time it shows that the modified gravity PID algorithm can get practical application in temperature control,provided theoretical support for its promotion.
