The Intelligent Adaptive Control System Of The Boiler Temperature

Brewage is one of traditional industry in our country. With the development of civil economy and the improvement of people's life, brewage industry has also being rapidly developing and improved. In the recent two decades, the yield of brewage has mounted up to more than 30 times. But still, because of the complexity of the brewage, there are many drawbacks, such as behindhand technical equipments, poor control of the brewage process, etc. How to improve the integrated automation level in brewage process becomes an urgent research project.From the points of view for practical uses, the thesis uses boiler temperature control in brewage process as the study object. Aimed to a difficult control problem which frequently appears in the process of brewage—if the temperature of boiler rising in terms of technical requirement, it will arouse the liquid level of material raising up too much to overflow—we design a multiple control method, which is the combination of intelligent adaptive PID controller parameter self-adjustment and direct fuzzy adjustment of steam to restrain the liquid level. The thesis provides a detailed design scheme and gives some simulation experiments to testify its correctness.
