Design And Implementation Of Staff Ability Evaluation System Of Jinzhou Tobacco Company Based On SSH Framework

Nowadays the enterprises have the growing demands for vocational talents. To manage the staff of enterprises effectively, it is important to evaluate the vocational ability level of the staff. The primary method to accomplish the task is examination. But on the one hand, the malpractices of traditional examination, such as inefficiency and complex process, arise constantly and are inevitable always. All disadvantages which have been spoken above cannot meet the pace of modern life. On the other hand, with the rapid development of information and network technology, web application is widely used in many fields at all levels of society. Along with tight combination of Computer network and enterprises, Online Staff Ability Evaluation System based on network appears.The topic of this paper is design and implementation of the staff ability evaluation system of Tobacco Company based on SSH frame. The system architecture is designed using SSH frame by analyzing the business requirements. Combined with analyzing the system functional requirements, the system is completely designed and implemented. System Administrators can manage the information of staff, Exam Administrators, subjects, departments, examinations and import data files. Exam Administrators can set rules of creating exam papers and questions. Exam Administrators can also manage marks of staff. Staff can take the examination and inquiry score. In addition, the system implements the algorithm of auto-composing exam paper based on rules of generating exam paper and exam difficulty. The main modules of this evaluation system have been also tested.The system improves the efficiency of ability evaluation, saves the time of arranging the exam, minimizes the work of Exam Administrators and makes sure that the exam proceeds in a fair and just manner.
