Municipal Management Domain-Knowledgebase Construction And Research

With the rapid development of Web 3.0 and semantic web technology, a lot of research have been done on ontology knowledge base. Municipal management is an important part of the smart city construction, so it is very meaningful for us to construct a municipal management ontology and convert the municipal management data into a unified structure of semantic information. Municipal management knowledge base from knowledge base construction model, knowledge display and retrieval and knowledge base application research was conducted.In terms of knowledge base construction model, to meet the requirement of legitimacy and completeness in the field of municipal management and realize the automation of municipal management knowledgebase constructing,a top-down model to construct knowledge base from heterogeneous data was proposed. The proposed model included automatic knowledge extraction from structured data, semi-structured data and unstructured data.In terms of knowledge display and retrieval, we utilized OWL to describe the field of municipal administration for the first time, and implemented a knowledge base system with multimodal knowledge retrieval model to enhance the query ability and efficiency of semantic query.In terms of knowledge base application, a business process QA system based on municipal management knowledge base had been implemented to realize the inter-departmental business process query. This application could answer a question with a business process tree by Natural Language Processing and information retrieval technology.
