Recently,the rapid development of Foshan economic makes the road freight turnover increased greatly.Additionally,the implementation of annual ticket mutual recognition policy,including Guangzhou and Foshan,(Guangzhou,Zhaoqing,Foshan),brings out that the number of imported trucks through and out of the border road is increasing,and the phenomenon of vehicle overloading is commonly increasing.The fact mentioned above makes a serious impaction for the life and safety of the roads and bridges.Meanwhile,due to a series of reasons,the vicious accidents occur frequently,which not only disturbs the market order,but also makes a bad influence for the development of economy.In the thesis,the problem of overland and speeding are discussed,and then aiming at the current problems,the integrated governance over Foshan management system is designed and implemented,which is the improvement of the traditional system.The system applies the technologies,such as communications technology,GIS,networking and so on,and regards the video surveillance,traffic detection,vehicle overloading detection,vehicle over-speeding detection,illegal capture of vehicles,vehicle location,vehicle license plate recognition,mobile law enforcement,and traffic guidance as the support,obtaining the comprehensive integrated management system platform with the functions of command and dispatch,collection of data exchange,information services and so on.Importantly,the real-time tracking and monitoring realizes the monitoring of the unloaded,weight detect,interception guided about for the overloading vehicles,achieving the maintenance of the traffic order.In order to govern the origin of the overloading,the data,such as the number of enterprise truck access,cargo type,tonnage,shippers,as well as logistics park cargo turnover,truck intake and output,type of cargo and so on,are collected from the source of the enterprise.Meanwhile,the goods vehicles are traced and detected via the data,which prevents the overloading further and avoids the traffic accidents.There are many advantages in the designed system,for example,it is relatively simple to operation and easy to maintain and upgrade.The system,including some unique management platforms,such as,transportation management,governance ultra-Office,the source of enterprises,has a good prospect.
