Research On Library Management Based On Big Date

With the development of network technology and information technology,the mass of information is growing;indicating that the era of big data has arrived.In the big data environment,the way people get information has changed a lot,and the method of processing information has changed.And the library with the function of information storage and dissemination is greatly influenced by the great data.This paper mainly focuses on the changes of library management in large data environment.At the beginning of the 20 th century,because of the change of the whole society,the library management in China was changing,from the ancient Tibetan library system to modern library management system.In late twentieth Century,the modern library management theory,such as strategic management,total quality management,organizational culture management and so on.Throughout the whole period,the research on library management is becoming more and more mature.Based on previous studies,this paper discusses the impact and changes of the large data to the library management,and discusses the new ways and methods of library management.And this paper to provide theoretical reference for the library management in the environment of big data.This paper is divided into three parts.The first part introduces the digital decision research of the traditional library management.and expounds the meaning and content of the management system,and analyzes the feasibility of the use of large data management.The second part analyzes the relationship between library management and big data,In this part,the author finds out the data that exists in the library,and points out the inevitable connection between the library management and the big data,and discusses the influence of big data on the management of the library.In the third part,the paper expounds the problems of the application of the library management.It is mainly the problem of data acquisition,personnel training,technical issues,personal privacy issues.And points out the Countermeasures of library management under the environment of big data.
