The main means, that human use to get contact with the outside world, are facial expressions, tone and the content. The expressions of which accounted for 55%, tone for 38%, while only 7% is the content.Facial expressions play an important role in the communication. With the rapid development of robot technology, some special robots make an effect on the production and the living of human life. Thus,appearance in compliance with human aesthetic views, the highly adaptable environment for human's survival, the correct and effective communication of human beings and effectively with high humanoid robot simulation humane face can make a great impact on human. The main tasks are summarized as follows:(1) Summarize and analyze the main research results and key technologies of domestic and foreign robots with high simulations.Combined with facial structure, skin texture, besides the research and analysis of facial expressions, proposing the research program to meet the requirements of the subject.(2) On the basis of facial anatomy, combined with facial coding system(FACS), we can make a research on motion characteristics typical facial expressions of human research and analysis, summed up the feature region targeted and effective movement of facial expression, movement and range of values to provide a reference for the simulation of motion of flexible bodies face.(3) Use Rhino and Solid Works to build a facial surface model firstly, combined with the study of the mechanical properties of facial simulation skin elastic material, to produce an ideal model which power is relatively dispersed. Then take the stress dispersion experiment and simulation analysis. Finally produce simulations of happiness, anger and other basic facial expressions.(4) According to the theoretical method, analysis the formation of mould under various materials, the soft degree of differentproportioning of silica gel. Test its simulation results, and adjust the production process.
