Design And Implementation Of ERP Management System In Small And Medium Enterprises

With the development of computer network technology and communication technology improves, the enterprise whether management mode and operation mode are gradually from the traditional manual management mode into information management model. At present, the enterprises of our country are gradually applied ERP management system, and applied to the enterprise inventory management, procurement management and financial management and other aspects. ERP management system has become the core platform of enterprise information management, and enterprise resource optimization and expansion of benefits have made great contributions.With the development of science and technology, the information management level gap between enterprises is more and more big. According to the actual needs of business management of small and medium-sized enterprises, combining the enterprise scientific management ideas and technology of software development thought, this paper takes the ERP management system of small and medium-sized enterprises as the research object, intends to develop ERP management system based on B/S mode.From the perspective of enterprise ERP management background, this paper expounds the current situation and features of the development of domestic and international ERP management system, and analyzes the research purpose, the research significance and the research content. In the system development technology, this paper takes the MVC design pattern as a framework for system development model, using B/S system structure, adopts ASP.NET technology and SQL Server as the system development tool. In the system requirements analysis stage, this paper expounds the system's demand analysis method, system main participants, system functional requirements analysis and system non functional requirements analysis. In the system design stage, this paper describes the technical architecture, the system logic structure, system module design and the system database design, and using UML modeling technology to design each function module of the system. Finally, this paper describes the various functional modules of the system implementation and testing.ERP management system of small and medium-sized enterprises realize the order management module, basic information management module, financial management module, receiving and dispatching management module, inventory management module and statistical management module six modules. Each function module of the system basically meets the demand of information management of small and medium sized enterprises. The system not only improves the enterprise customer satisfaction, at the same time for enterprises to reduce operating costs, save the manpower management, reduce inventory management costs and improve enterprise information management level have a great help.
