Unauthorized access and eavesdropping are serious problems to the wireless local area networks(WLAN), which cause serious security problem. In order to solve the problem that WLAN are vulnerable to unauthorized access and eavesdropping attack from hackers, the thesis fixes the vulnerabilities of WLAN by using near field communication(NFC) and makes the WLAN modeling and NFC modeling with colored petri net(CPN). By solving the problems exposed in CPN models, the thesis designs the ‘WLAN access via NFC authentication protocol', and provides CPN modelings of unauthorized access attack and eavesdropping attack on the protocol.‘WLAN access via NFC authentication protocol' use Diffie-Hellman key exchange algorithm and secure hash algorithm second version(SHA2) to generate secure channel through NFC protocol stack. In authentication respect, it can prevent unauthorized access by using elliptic curve digital signature algorithm(ECDSA) of public key cryptography. In anti-eavesdropping respect, it can setup WLAN access point by generating random pre-shared keys(PSK) to get one-time pads. Simulations of CPN models show that ‘WLAN access via NFC authentication protocol' is well resistant to the unauthorized access and eavesdropping of WLAN. The protocol is also resistant to the eavesdropping, data modification, replay attack and man-in-the-middle attack of NFC.The thesis gives the demand analysis and architecture design of protocol and provides a prototype implementation on computer. Execution result of prototype shows that ‘WLAN access via NFC authentication protocol' can execute stably and have good prospect. It can solve the unauthorized access and eavesdropping problems of WLAN.
