In this thesis, the online detection electromechanical system of industrial parts is studied in-depth use a kind of pulling rivets as detection object, the basic structure of the existing online detection electromechanical system is summed up, an online multi parameter detection electromechanical system of pulling rivets is designed and implemented considering the speed, accuracy and economy of the system.First, the performance requirements of pulling rivet on-line detection electromechanical system is analyzed according to the current atatus of related technologies at home and abroad and the online d etection indicator for pulling rivet, the realization schemes of each functional modules are summarized, the overall system is designed.Secondly, the whole mechanical structure of the system is designed. Based on the idea of modular design, the system is divided into several modules, the mechanical structure of each module is designed in detail and the working principle is introduced, including automatic feeding module, positioning module, detection protection module and the sorting module, the 3D models of the whole structure of the system are established by Pro/e software. To optimize the mechanical structure parameters, the rivet feeding process of motion is analysed, and the motion simulation of the delivery device is completed through the virtual prototype software ADAMS, get the influences of different track angle an d track spacing of the pulling rivets transport efficiency and stability, the real movement of the parts is simulated by the motion simulation, to optimize the structure design parameters.Finally, the electrical control system is designed, the logic process of the system is analysed, the hardware of the electronic control system is integrated, using SIEMENS PLC-200 as the logic controller because of the advantages of high reliability, strong practicability and convenient system design and maintenance, the internal workflow procedures of system are prepared through the V4.0 STEP 7 Micro WIN SP9 software. Develop the prototype system and test, Test results show that the system can successfully achieve the rivet automatic feeding and positioning, and automatic sorting according to the test results, reaching expected design requirements.
