The main function of Billet reheating furnace is to make billet heat to comply with requirements of temperature, is an important equipment on rolling assembles.Furnace fuel consumption is large 60%~70% of energy on steel-rolling production. Therefore, it is optimization to improve heating efficiency for reheating furnace temperature, and it also has important practical significance for reducing cost, energy saving and lowing carbon production in steel industry.Time delay of complex industrial object, multivariable and strong coupling, time-variant nonlinear, large inertia features in the Billet heating process, control system remains to be perfect for the current furnace optimization, the paper proposed the corresponding solution by discussing several common problems in industrial control research:(1)billet temperature multidimensional prediction model has high precision, but data process is very complex, control delay will appear in actual control system, Low dimensional model is easy to process data, the industry is real-time, but forecast model calculation precision is low. In order to solve the problem, based on heat transfer mechanism of two dimensions temperature prediction model, to improve data field processing speed, fully consider the process of heating furnace gas furnace wall blackness and the Angle of the slab billet heat and heat transfer coefficient, the change of model parameters leads to the influence of accuracy, to improve the accuracy of model.(2) In the process of solving furnace model optimization value, since the target function contain more parameter, traditional optimization algorithm is less accurate in real-time and is insufficient, and the two-dimension model parameter has additional variations, reduced the model calculation speed.This paper using a multi-parameter parallel processing function method of the genetic algorithm, and for solving the problem that the genetic algorithm process has slow and precocious phenomena problem.fitness value of calibration, immigration mechanism and individual similarities determination techniques are introduced,Simulation results show that the new algorithm improves the search speed, shorten the temperature optimization time.(3)For the Simulation platform of the general versatility is poor performance and scalability issues,With WinCC and Matlab software designed the furnace simulation platform. In order to increase the simulation platform system commonality and expansibility, in the platform has increased user interaction operation module. The user through information data simulate and modification, can simulate and analog field data flexiblely, and conduct system simulation, and contrast work between simulation system operation and intuitive simulation results.Established the platform provides a good simulation environment for furnace optimization control research.
