Integrated steel production planning and scheduling is the core part of MES in iron and steel enterprise.The factors of product variety,lots of batches but each of a small amount of the order,complex constraint conditions and production conditions exist in the iron and steel production planning and scheduling process.And the problem of how to make steel production intelligent scheduling is the most pressing problems that a steel company try to solve in order to improve efficiency,reduce cost,energy efficient utilization,improve the market competitiveness.Among the various issues of the iron and steel production in intelligent scheduling,the optimal production planning and dynamic scheduling problems have been the two core and the most important problems throughout the entire production process.The veracity and reliability of the production plan determine whether production is efficient,timely and high quality to complete or not.And dynamic scheduling problem is the problem that ensures whether the production plan can be effectively performed or not,and determines the continuity and stability of the production.To solve the optimal production planning problem,all kinds of production planning research methods are summarized,the integration of the production process is based on,the production planning model is summarized and simplified and based on the model of knowledge clustering the Improved genetic algorithm is proposed,finally established the integrated steel production planning system.In terms of dynamic scheduling,this paper summarizes various knowledge during the process of iron and steel production scheduling,based on the characteristics of all kinds of knowledge representation method,presented knowledge base system which based on the object oriented hybrid knowledge representation method,.And the use of rule reasoning and case-based reasoning to solve steel iron and steel production scheduling problem has a certain practical significance.Using the database tools of SQL Server and Access to store the basic paramete--rs of production orders,production model,the results of the production planning of d--ta.In order to complete the M file of improved genetic algorithm,made use of Matlabprogramming algorithm development platform.In order to complete the integrated steel production planning system by invoking data table with M file.To solve the problem of intelligent dynamic scheduling,the iron and steel integrated knowledge base system has been designed which based on the Windows environment,by using the development technology of C++ ?MFC and ADO,and development tools such as Visual C++ and SQL Server.This system can obtain the most reasonable solution to the problem of scheduling via the way of the human-computer interaction,according to the characteristics of the specific scheduling problem,selecting one of reasoning and case-based reasoning in a way of reasoning,and then providing production scheduling staff to help solve the problem of iron and steel production scheduling to make the right decisions.
