Capacitance tomography(ECT) is the most widely used process tomography(PT), due to its good safety performance, wide application, relatively inexpensive and non-invasive, etc., so in the industrial production sector, chemical manufacturing industry, the aerospace industry, medical industry and other real-life research is widely respected as the current flow tomography main research focus and trends. ECT inverse problem solution is the most successful application of ECT technology. speed and accuracy of image reconstruction determine the image quality is good or bad. Because ECT system itself "soft field" properties and solving encountered "pathological" problems and "ill-posed", resulting in greater quality imaging errors, thus further inverse problem solving Capacitance Tomography and image reconstruction algorithm, is having a great significance. In this paper, the quality of ECT image reconstruction algorithms, we propose two algorithms to improve image accuracy, main contents are as follows:1. Understanding the principles of electrical capacitance tomography imaging technology, combined with the background and significance of the research, the analysis of the current status of development as well as domestic and international trends, noting the importance of the production of multiphase flow technology in all walks of life exist.2. Mathematical analysis of PT theory and practical application of technology, so technology-depth study of ECT imaging mechanism and its mathematical model. Sensitivity distribution function for image reconstruction principle, the sensitivity function effectively mathematical arguments.3. ECT knowledge of Inverse Problems Research, and several typical reconstruction algorithm simulation, MATLAB software simulation obtained by comparing the reconstructed image and error analysis of various algorithms to gain advantage, trying to find differences in the scope of application difference algorithm.4. Due to poor image quality for the image problem, a method of image fusion based on local variance of capacitance tomography technique was appeared. Multi-source image analysis and processing technologies, to build an image obtained with different fusion rules, and finally get a new fusion image. Experimental results show that the high image fusion imaging precision, the error is small.5. References tabu search algorithm to ECT image reconstruction algorithm, by setting the objective function, limit ad hoc criteria, termination criteria and other complete image reconstruction. Experiments show that the improved image quality is much higher than the current back-projection algorithm LBP, close to the prototype.
