With the wide deployment of LTE network,the increase of the users also brings the demand of the network quality.And the diversity and complexity of network parameters,to network operators in the network operation and maintenance stage has brought big challenge.The traditional artificial optimization method has not been able to meet the current network capacity,so the SON self-organizing network technology is introduced into LTE.MRO is one of the important functions of LTE system.In the operation of the network,if the handover parameter is not appropriate,abnormal handover scene may appear,such as too-early handover,too-late handover,Ping-Pong handover and wrong handover.if abnormal handover of UE often appears in the operation of the network will not only reduce the using experience of the users,can also cause a lot of unnecessary waste of network resources.And abnormal handover can increase the cost for operation and maintenance.MRO automatically optimizes the parameters to improve the success rate and network utilization by identifying the abnormal handover scenario.The realization of MRO function can continuously monitor the user's handover status and adjust the parameters automatically..In this thesis,three methods of parameter optimization are proposed,which are local parameter optimization,global parameter optimization and UE level parameter optimization.The optimization of local parameters is the handover parameter between the specific neighboring regions of the abnormal handover.The optimization of the global parameters is the parameters of the service cell,while the UE level parameters are optimized only for the specific UE.In this thesis,we give a detailed implementation process of the scene recognition,optimization algorithm and parameter verification of the abnormal handover,and simulate the algorithm in the actual scene.Besides,in view of MLB technology in the optimization of the network parameters may be in conflict with the parameters of the MRO,resulting in the "ping pong" adjustment.In this thesis,a scheme of parameter optimization is proposed,which is based on MRO and MLB functions,which can ensure the success rate of UE handover,and won't lead to abnormal cell load.
