Hydrothermal vent and cold seep detection is a hotspot of marine science,the way of detection is variety.Due to Hydrothermal spray mouth will cause parameter changes around,including temperature,salinity,etc.So most of detection way is concentrated on contact detection,we always detect by contact equipment firstly and check the exception data region then using ROV to locate the black chimney,this detection way like looking for a needle in the ocean.This paper provided a special way to locate the hydrothermal seeps by the bubble acoustic characteristics around hydrothermal seeps.Underwater bubble as a typical scatter,we try to acquire bubble scattering signal and analysis it which determine the hydrothermal bubble group and can identify hydrothermal area.This paper applied virtual instrument technology,and design the underwater acoustic data acquisition system,the purpose is to design data collection,storage,and display modules.And program underwater acoustic data software by control the hardware.The layout of this thesis is as follows:Chapter 1 discusses hydrothermal technique and research background,hydrothermal detection technology and its development at home and abroad;hydrothermal distribution around the world;hydrothermal structures;underwater bubbles acoustic detection and acoustical Imaging;describes the research and content;put forward the acoustic detection of hydrothermal seeps key technology.Chapter 2 discusses the principle acoustic characteristics and theory of hydrothermal formation properties;acoustic environments analysis,bubble group size distribution estimation;underwater acoustic detection noise analysis.Chapter 3 discusses the hardware design of underwater acoustic signal data acquisition system,describe the underwater acoustic data acquisition system structure,hardware-related design;Completed acoustic signal generator module,receive module;Design water tank experiment platform;amplifier module;filter modules,and so on.Chapter 4 design the underwater acoustic data software system by Lab VIEW,including matching of virtual instrument driver module,called virtual instrument settings;G programming language introduction and data acquisition system program code,including compatibility checks,data record storage module.Chapter 5 discusses the transducer,hydrophone calibration experiments and tests the acoustic data acquisition system.And acquire some experimental data.Chapter 6 summarizes the paper and gives the prospect of follow-up research work.
