The Design And Implementation Of Teachers' Teaching Competition System In HuaBei Electronic And Mechanical School

Every year, the Labour Union organizes teach competition among the teachers to improve the level of teaching ability and inspire enthusiasm of young teachers. The result of competition will impact the annual appraisal and professional title selection, so it is very competitive and attract every people's attention in the school. How to organize the competition efficiently and orderly is been exploring.The Design and Implementation of Teachers Teaching Competition System in HuaBei Electronic and Mechanical School is based on the author's work background. On functional design, this paper carried out a detailed investigation on the teachers teaching competition for the system, and pointed out the shortcomings on information gathering and presentation, the judges choosing, the lack of competition content etc. Then learning some experience from other competition systems, I developed a contest announcement, teacher registration, contest preparation, performance logging, online assessment, the results of publicity and other functions, and optimizes the contest score index and actualized automatic judges selection system implementation, the video game preservation, video uploads, and other functions in order to overcome the current lack of competition organization. Results can be viewed through publicity and the teachers can raise objections, then the referee can review the game video to make competition more equitable. The teachers and students can also watch the awarded video on teaching, which teachers can learn from each other to improve the teaching level. On achievement of the functions, according to the system with a wide range of applications, users and more features, we decided to use B/S structure, SQL Server 2012 database, J2EE for the development of language, and a lot of functional components to accelerate development progress and reduce development costs. On system testing, using both black-box and white-box testing prepared a large number of test cases to ensure the accuracy and reliability of the system. So the Design and Implementation of Teachers Teaching Competition System in HuaBei Electronic and Mechanical School improves the level of information technology of our school, appraisal of the competition and promoting fairness of the contest.Currently, Teachers Teaching Competition System in HuaBei Electronic and Mechanical School is in the experimental stage and it is stable. Because of using modular design, this system reduced the complexity of adjustments in the system. The purpose of building the system is to improve the work efficiency of labour and better organization of the teaching competitions. during the experimental stage of the system, not only relieve the pressure of union workers, but also increase the work efficiency of labour union, meanwhile, the participating teachers and students can get convenience, so the system has high value in use.
