NS Medical Call Center is responsible for the company’s thousands of medical imaging equipment in hospitals and clinics around the world nearly ten thousand of non-technical advice, technical guidance services. Call Center currently conduct business:equipment repair, non-technical information, remote guidance technology, telephone complaints, technical consulting. Thus the company has unified external service platform to facilitate communication with customers, Call Center of the company’s development has played a profound impact.Today, domestic medical enterprises fierce competition, companies will be how to improve the operating model in customer satisfaction and how to get the trust of customers as the key to victory. NS Medical voice platform is the best means to achieve these objectives. Now more and more enterprises to build their own voice platform client, to provide professional technical guidance and non-technical advisory services, customers get more support and trust.At present, the problems faced by enterprises have the following two points:how to make customers enjoy the service, but also to get more potential customers. How to make the management of the enterprise is improved, so that the enterprise internal staff to better serve customers, in order to increase the overall competitiveness of the enterprise, so that enterprises in an invincible position. So it is necessary to establish the system of voice platform. Spring MVC is used as the overall design framework. The telephone access distribution module is achieved by CTI call control server and seat queuing algorithms. Asterisk NOW is adopted by the call control module to achieve graphical interface management, so that system maintenance personnel can control and operate the call control server on Linux systems and Windows systems. In order to achieve the call center system to adapt to the needs of most businesses, in the business function module, the specific business of the call center part is designed as graphical interface.NS medical call centers Since its inception, has been working on the voice platform client technologies, through continuous exploration and inquiry, NS Medical will be using some middleware to achieve the combination of voice technology with clients to achieve customer-fundamental voice platform client systems to help companies improve the user experience. This article will explain the importance of voice middleware platform client systems and detailed design and implementation of section 10 by listing typical problems on speech technology construction. And leads to the middleware design and the ultimate solution, but also describes how to apply to the entire call center industry.The central idea of this paper is the analysis of the internal management structure of the enterprise, and puts forward the overall design, structure design, and the final test of the system of the NS medical company voice platform.
