Designing And Implementation Of Party Members Management System For Anshan Municipal Party Committee Office

Small scale of party member information system based on C/S architecture constructed several years ago can't satisfy high efficient management of a great deal of party member information. While the Internet is developing rapidly and, the database technology is becoming more mature, the rate of performance and price is becoming higher, especially for rapid mobile communication development for the late years, to constructing a high efficient party member information system is a critical demand of party affairs management department in Anshan municipal party committee.Based on concrete and deep analysis of current status of Anshan municipal party committee, party member amounts, total information amounts, function demands, access demands and their properties, the UML is introduced to model the system, including static model and dynamic model, such as use case, system state, time sequence. A framework design is finished for Anshan municipal party affairs office. And this system design is based on C/S architecture support login internet browser, to add a new record,to delete a record, to modify or to query function. Besides the above mentioned functions, the system can support prompting automatically prepared party members to be converted to official members, automatically generating relative party member pre-audit information forms.A practical system is implemented with SQL Server 2008 as the DBMS, ASP(Visual Studio2010)as the development tool, with IIS as WEB server, and the Server is running on a DELL server with Windows server 2008 R2.This paper finally realizes the design and implementation of the Party member management system of Anshan government, applied to practical work successfully, reached the purpose of paperless office, modern office and office network. The system ensures the reliability of data information, improve the office efficiency and save a lot of manpower.
