With the increasing of the scale of the control systems and the rapid development of computer technology, networked control systems came into being, and netwofked control theory has been got more and more attention. And in the social life singular system models are more common and got widely used, so singular systems is a class of dynamic systems of even more widely form than normal systems, but many theories of normal systems cannot be directly applied to singular systems, so it is significant to study singular networked control system.In networked control systems, there exist so many inevitably phenomena, such as information transmission delay, date packet dropout and time disorder. Because of bringing into network links, these make the analysis and synthesize of network control system become more complicated. At the same time, in many practical problems the state vectors of systems can't be or be got inconveniently, state observers solve reconstruction problems of the state of controlled system and get estimated value, and can be used estimated value instead of the original state vector to complete feedback task. So for singular networked control systems with time delay and packet loss, restructure observer system under the conditions of state observer existence, moreover, it is meaningful to study its stability.For singular networked control systems, this article did works as following:Firstly, this paper presented background and the present situation of the research of singular networked control systems with time delay and date packet dropout and state observer.Secondly, this paper introduced the basic knowledge and the different forms of limited equivalent decomposition, the existence conditions and design methods of state observers, and a few commonly used lemmas. At the same time, it gave the usage of LMI toolbox in MATLAB, getting ready for the next research.Thirdly, this paper researched the state observer's design method of singular networked control system with time delay and date packet dropout, and tor torming singular observer system, a state feedback controller is designed to make the close-loop system asymptotic stable, the sufficient condition and the corresponding feedback gain matrix are got which make the system asymptotic stable. At last, numerical example verify its effectiveness.Lastly, for singular networked control system with time-delay and date packet dropout, this paper designed its singular state observer proved that the designed state feedback controller of the gain matrix which made the original system asymptotic stable let the new formative singular observer system be asymptotic stable, numerical example verify its effectiveness.
