Network Control System has become a hot topic in the International control theo-ry. It already has a preliminary progress and gain recognition from the found its parti-cularity and research to the present.With network, the system has the advantages of r-eliability, flexibility and reduced system wiring and soon more than traditional system. But it exists many problems such as time-delay and data packet dropout. Such syste-ms are more close to life, the study also will have a more profound realistic signific-ance.This article mainly aims at two-aside network control system of simultaneous data packet dropout and time-delay.It analyzes stability and guaranteed cost control.System can be modeled as an asynchronous dynamic system constrained by configuration event rates.Then, system has been proved to be stable by constructing suitable Lyapunov function. Also a controller is designed to ensure the robust stability of closed-loop system, so we study the guaranteed cost control of NCS. The following problems are studied in this educis dissert.First, controller-actuator channel delay is long-time delay and sensor-controller ch-annel delay is short-time delay. Moreover it is Network Control System with single p-acket transmission and packet loss.This thesis analyses the stability of NCS by using statefeedback controller and dynamic output feedback controller separately.Secondly, we usually assume that the parameters are certain to reduction system. So we consider the system with uncertain parameters and on the basis of the uncerta-inty time delay and packet loss.By using functional theory and some relative theories of Linear Matrix Inequality, proved that the system is stable.Finally, we analyzes guaranteed cost control for Networked Control Systems with time-delay and data packet dropout. Then find out the necessary conditions for the guaranteed cost control and corresponding the techniques of making optimal guaranteed cost control laws. At last, numerical example verify its feasibility.
