With the rapid development of wireless sensor technology,the Wireless Body Area Network(WBAN)as an emerging promising technology will revolutionize people's healthcare.Then,the mobile healthcare social network(MHSN)built upon WBAN will evolve an innovative next-generation healthcare system increasingly into our aging society.In MHSNs,users who have the same symptoms could match to be friends,and through long-term contact with each other to form a mutual aid group.Through this way,they could share their Patients' Health Information(PHI)and treatment experience,which helps to break the unequal status of message and offers each other moral support and emotional comfort.However,this also caused the people's concerns about the users' privacy safety.They worried about that adversary will through a variety of attacks to steal the users'sensitive information,including:the symptoms information,the identification information and PHI.The existing safety handshake protocol based on the single symptom,which could satisfy most of the security requirements,but its efficiency is not high.And the existing studies do not adequately take the various types of attacks faced by the communication phase of matching friends into account.If the practicality of the MHSN wants to be improved,the following main three questions need to be taken into consideration:(1)How to provide more personalized settings for users?(2)How to maintain the balance between anonymous and traceability?(3)Which kind of algorithms can greatly improve the efficiency?Considering the three problems above,this paper makes a deep research on the MHSN of friends matching phase and communication phase.The main contents and innovations are as follows:First of all,in order to solve the problem of friends matching based on the same symptoms,this paper first proposes a matching protocol based on multiple symptoms attributes.This protocol innovatively applies the matching metric function calculated into the proximity detection protocol,to solve the safety problems of the classic three-party model.It provides correctness of the protocol and realizes the matching of multi-symptoms information,and also improves the efficiency of the protocol while ensuring that the user's sensitive privacy information is not leaked.On this basis,in order to further improve the availability of MHSN,this paper proposes a Traceable Threshold Attribute-Based Signcryption(TTABSC)scheme.The proposed scheme not only introduces the multi-symptoms matching results into the friends matching phase,but also adds the personalized matching options which can set the threshold.And for realizing the traceability of the illegal users,it also leverages a four-party model innovatively.Meanwhile,TTABSC combines digital signatures and encryption,and provides correctness,unforgeability,traceability and privacy.Compared with previous works,our scheme generates a constant signcryption size and has advantages in terms of efficiency.
