Wireless Sensor Network is composed of a large number of sensor nodes which have been deployed in the monitoring area, and form a self-organizing, multi hop wireless network system. With the mature development of technology, WSN have been used in the military, industry, agriculture, life service and various fields. Data aggregation technology which vigorously promote the research progress and development of wireless sensor network, as one of the key technologies of wireless sensor network, effectively reduces the data transmission capacity, saves energy, improves the efficiency of network and data accuracy.The main target of this paper is to improve the security and reliability of the data in the procedure of data aggregation. This paper puts forward the trustworthiness valuation model to ensure the security of data, and the scheme to ensure data reliability in data aggregation. The main contents of this paper are as follows:Firstly, this paper describes the basic concepts, main features and architecture of wireless sensor networks. Then it discusses the principle of data aggregation algorithm, the classification and the performance of the mainly data aggregation algorithm which is accord to the research of wireless sensor network so far.Secondly, depending on studying and analyzing of the dual-head cluster based secure aggregation scheme and its improved algorithm, and according to the existing algorithms which cannot guarantee the supervision nodes' security, without considering the candidate nodes'energy factors and cannot effectively identify internal malicious nodes, this paper puts forward a solution by establishing the nodes' trustworthiness valuation model. This model includes communication credibility, data consistency credibility and energy credibility. The model can ensure the security of data aggregation, and also is a very good method to identify the internal malicious node.Thirdly, the secure aggregation scheme which is based on dual-head cluster and its improved algorithm doesn't consider the performance in the actual environment, can not effectively reduce the influence of natural environment noise and the system bit error rate, in the procedure of data aggregation. The scheme of data aggregation based on belief function not only effectively reduces the influence of environmental noise and the system bit error rate, but also is a good method to ensure the reliability of data aggregation, reduce the consumption of system bandwidth, energy and other resources.Finally, simulate the algorithm by Network Simulator version 2. Through the simulation experiment gets the conclusion as following:the scheme of dual-head cluster data aggregation by introducing nodes' trustworthiness valuation model and belief function reduces the data drop rate, improves the discovery accuracy of internal malicious nodes, and also has a very good improvement in energy consumption.
