With the development of industrialization and to increase the degree of automation, electronics field requirement for signal collection technology also is increasing day by day. Signal acquisition in recent years the development of technology has made great strides, and the accuracy of signal collection efficiency is higher. And in the intelligent terminal, medical science and technology, industrial control, etc., used widely. As all kinds of the front part of the embedded system,signal acquisition of stability and reliability of signal acquisition, on the performance of the embedded system and electronic products, has a direct impact.In pathological tissues in the medical treatment as the research background, the multi-channel signal acquisition processing system applied in pathology organization,through the feedback link, complete the system of each node temperature closed loop control, and communicate with PC control system in real time, accept the work instruction, transmit data, control of peripherals, so as to realize the work of the whole system in an orderly way.Pathological tissue processing process is the tissue cells in turn into various solvent for fixation, dehydration, transparent, such as paraffin, embedding process.Using different chemical reagents density gradient, gradually will organize the water displacement. Keep and use paraffin instead of water within the organization, the original organization structure and information, which can complete tissue section, to look at the pathological tissue, to determine the patient's pathological information.While traditional pathology biopsy of the production cycle is long, low production efficiency. Therefore, design a kind of automatic control, convenient and efficient pathological tissue processing system, to replace the traditional pathology biopsy of the production process, is particularly important. In details refer to the related literature and reference to pathological tissue after processing system both at home and abroad, based on STM32F103 as the master control chip, this paper introduces in detail the pathological tissue processing of multi-channel temperature acquisition system, communication system, and the control system. And designed a feasible hardware system and software system based on uC/OS- II. Are introduced in this paper are as follows:First, this chapter mainly introduces the multi-channel signal acquisition and control system, the research background, domestic and foreign development present situation and the specific work in this subject.Second, for the whole signal acquisition system architecture is presented. Using STM32F103 as the main chip of system control, launched by stmicroelectronics company, the whole system including temperature measuring module, voltage monitoring module, communication module, lighting modules and other components.Temperature measurement module is mainly composed of 10 road PT100 and op-amp circuit. Voltage monitoring module mainly through the resistance in series partial pressure, compared with the setting of threshold voltage. Communication module is controlled by industrial computer to send instructions, under a machine(i.e., the hardware system) to complete the temperature feedback, data transmission and command response operations. Upper machine and lower machine connected through the bus, through the transplanted Modbus communication protocol, automatic data validation, to ensure the safety and reliability of data transmission.Third, the hardware circuit design. This part of each module are introduced in detail, including the principle of temperature measurement circuit, temperature measurement circuit, gating and filter circuit, voltage monitoring circuit and other parts of the design.Fourth, the software system design. Real-time embedded operating system are introduced in detail. Transplantation, Modbus communication protocol of the system and temperature acquisition algorithm. Through building embedded in keil software platform, system of temperature acquisition task, environment temperature measurement tasks, communication tasks, tasks such as serial port. And using relevant software algorithm, optimize the structure of tasks.Fifth, multi-channel signal acquisition in the application of pathological tissue.This chapter mainly introduces the multi-channel temperature signal acquisition in pathological tissue, the application of industrial PC is introduced and under the direct control and response.Sixth, engineering testing and application. Through the circuit design and software testing, completed the hardware circuit board production and program design.With the aid of electronic instruments and interpersonal interaction interface,complete the debugging of the program. In the process of testing, to find the actual value with the theoretical value of gap and continuous improvement.Finally, summarizes the work that has been done on the analysis of the act ual deviation of batted test and theory, trying to find the shortage.
