With the advent of the Internet age, communication technology has been considerable development. Previous single network conditions can not meet the needs of people with different network performance network overlapping intertwined, to provide users with more choices. With Wi Fi, Wi MAX, 3G and 4G wireless communications technology as the representative of the many advantages and has broad applications, due to the widespread concern around the world; and wireless networks of heterogeneous networks integration is the focus of current research and future. In this paper, the integration of Wi MAX and 4G network research has important theoretical and practical broad prospects.This paper analyzes the relevant network switching technology, including network integration mode switching process and performance indicators of demand, focus on the handover algorithm based on fuzzy neural theory problem.It presents a fusion LTE networks and Wi MAX networks heterogeneous network architecture, performance analysis of the two networks and their respective advantages, the need for future research related network provides technical support integration. Taking into account the network operations and maintenance,the paper selected network convergence solutions tightly coupled manner, this approach is more suitable for independent operators, saving the cost of network configuration. This article will deal with fuzzy neural networks and fuzzy self-learning ability to apply to vertical handover process of heterogeneous wireless networks, when the user requests to switch the received signal strength,network bandwidth and the speed of the mobile terminal as a decision factor,considering the network conditions and the user's own state. Finally, the simulation to achieve this heterogeneous network environment vertical handoverfuzzy neural network algorithm, and compares with the traditional handover algorithm based on the received signal strength.Experimental results show that the algorithm can effectively improve the efficiency and accuracy of heterogeneous network vertical handover, reducing latency and ping-pong effect occurred during the handover, greatly reducing the overhead of the system, improve the overall performance of the system.
