| “Y Show Club” is a well-known dubbing team in the online video, who creatively revises some classic TV series like “Legend of White Snake,” “My Fair Princess”, “Journey to the West” and so on. They write their own script with creative film editing and dubbing, and their sharply language style and way of making fun are widely favored. This thesis takes “Y Show Club” as a case study, trying to dip out its cultural value, business value and marketing mode from surface to essence, and hoping that they would have some instruction for the development of Chinese online video industry.Nowadays, Chinese online video industry is growing at a high rate, with a number of online video production team popping up. Among which, “Y Show Club” ranks the top. Through their collage, editing, and creative dubbing, they present to the viewers more than 130 video works, which make a big deal in the network original video industry. Its development model, “creative dubbing 3.0” from online to television and to theater platform is worth analyzed and utilized, which play a guiding role to the online video industry or other video production teams.Firstly, the essay makes a recap of the development of Chinese online video industry, by explaining the need for the existence of the online comedy video and the status of “Y Show Club” in it.
