The research on kiln control system in China started late,development is not perfect,most are based on the IPC(Industrial PC),it is lack of intelligent technology.Currently,the embedded control system has become a major application in industrial control,and ePLC(embedded PLC)is the latest technology for embedded control systems.On the base of the kiln control system which is based on ePLC,this paper researched the machine vision which detects the kiln green body density,achieved intelligent control to kiln,has a large practical significance to improve the technical level of the kiln control.This paper realizes the vision and machine learning algorithms on the embedded hardware platform.The vision module integrates multiple image algorithms,which are encapsulated in CASS machine vision platform with component technology.These algorithms mainly include the collection of valid information the location image cropping,image gray cube map equalization,threshold binary image,and the image affine transformation.Then improved M-ary SVM algorithm is been employed to process the processed image information.While using the information code error correction coding added,enhancing its generalization.In terms of image feature extraction is proposed feature extraction integer weights,0-1 matrix image,the direct extraction of 16-bit binary number as an integer value as a feature for machine vision implementations on embedded platforms.Finally,this paper realizes the entire kiln density detection,through the layers into the kiln via density SVM classification,carried weight superposition.Depending on the heating furnace inside the upper and lower portions of the environment,in the feedback control to the kiln,adding weight to calculate the overall heat demand,and then select the appropriate product firing curve.The entire furnace control systems are based on ePLC development,it is intelligent,higher automation control systems.The experimental test of the system,can effectively through machine vision into the kiln body automatically detects the density,to achieve digital control of the furnace.
