Design And Implementation Of Easy Loan Pawn Management System

To get adapt to the efficient management of current enterprises and effectively enhance enterprise competitiveness, it is essential for us to have powerful information management and support functions. Currently pawn industry development is relatively behindhand in China and many pawn shops are still doing pawn business using manual entry. Without a convenient and reliable system, enterprises are easily facing problems such as data loss, difficulty in data filtering and low security, even some of them use office software to record the data generated in daily business.This paper talks about the design and implementation of the pawnshop management system, describing how to use technologies and frameworks such as object-oriented, database and MVC (Model View Controller) to make detailed analysis and design of pawnshop's information management, which is the further management and regulation of information generated in daily business. The system can mainly complete the four major pillars business in pawn industry:pawn, continued when, ransom, never when. It also contains common reporting function in enterprises'daily business.The system uses a MVC three-tier design structure, using Windows 7 system as operating system and Oracle 11g database, the development tool is Eclipse. The system can run on Windows XP and above versions. In developing process of the system, calls of configuration files and stored procedures and the use of third-party plug-ins have been successfully applied. The system even considers the compatibility of current mainstream browsers, which truly means starting from details.The pawnshop management system contains the following seven functions:system management, customer management, business management, warehouse management, financial management, code segment management and statistical analysis, corresponding to the various stages of daily pawn business, respectively. In links from the beginning order step, confirmation and record step of warehouse management, financial payment step and final completion step of the first pawn business, staff can record customers'information so that they can contact the customer at any time and inquire customer's corresponding service.
