Design And Implementation Of Marketing Staff Management System Based On Android System

For the marketing personnel, their work tends to be flexible. They often travel around to different places for business purposes. Thus, it is difficult for managers of enterprises to have good controls on their marketing personnel by using such traditional ways as filling report. On the one hand, the enterprise cannot supervise each staffs work; on the other hand, marketing staffs business reimbursement will remain high, which will greatly increase the production costs. Therefore, it is necessary for enterprises to develop the management system, such as the mobile terminal, to supervise their marketing staff. At present, the mobile terminal is developing in the direction of multifunction rather than the terminal of communication network, so that it can be integrated with the open operating system such as Android, which will provide a broader development space for the seamless connection of mobile terminals and the Internet.Under the background of enterprises'marketing management requirements, this paper adopts the object-oriented method to design and implement the marketing personnel management system. With this system, marketing staff can report their daily work, andmanagers can track and manage their marketing staff conveniently and effectively, so as to save the cost of enterprises. It analyzes system requirements by using the form of model and its integrated framework is designed with the C/S architecture and MVC design. The system can be divided into service terminals, mobile terminals and PC terminals. The service terminals are responsible for providing services for mobile terminals to achieve the use of data, while the mobile and PC terminals are responsible for data collection and storage. The data interchange format is mainly on JSON. In this research, the mobile terminal softwarecontains the modules of application, service, data storage, tools and adapter, etc. It designed a database model by using ER and analyzed the key technologies of mobileterminal software.The function, performance and pressure of the marketing personnel management system has been tested in this research. And it shows that the system's design and implementationproduced a certain effect, and the expected objective has been reached with its abundant function and good performance.
