| With the rapid development of wireless network and increasing demand, data service has become an indispensable part of our lives. Improving the quality of WCDMA and reducing the time delay has become an important part of improving the user perception, maintenance Unicom WCDMA network image and improve business income. China Unicom attaches great importance to the solution of the problem of WCDMA Internet delay, and set up a special team to study and propose solutions. The university campus has a large group of mobile services, which has the characteristics of large number, time concentration and data congestion. Internet time delay on the university campus has great impact to customers, and the choice is more sensitive. Our study is reported to reduce the university campus WCDMA Internet time delay.In this paper, the WCDMA system and the HSDPA technology are introduced. We use the method of system analysis to research the WCDMA access delay countermeasures, which combine the 3 dimension logical structure to analyse from the knowledge dimension, time dimension and logic dimension. The process includes confirm the problem, determine the objectives, collect data, propose alternatives and the standard of evaluation and determine the most feasible plan. The countermeasure and measure to deal with the problem of delay in the WCDMA are given.Through the system analysis method, the delay of WCDMA Internet on college of Dalian area is analyzed, and form the optimization method by a WCDMA HSDPA service. By effectively reducing the pilot pollution, reducing the difference of the wireless environment, optimizing the allocation of network resources, the time delay is reduced. This study has reduced the leave rate of the user, and increased the company’s business income from increasing user stickiness. At the same time, the technical level of the team members are improved, and the quality of WCDMA network is improved in a large extent, which enhances the brand image of the network of China Unicom. |
