The proposed system consists of frequency planning, performance measurement, map application analysis, data management, traffic analysis, parameter management of seven subsystems. In this paper, system analysis and design follows the principles of software engineering, first has carried on the deep research for network optimization industry, and the demand for network optimization engineers made a detailed analysis, and the network optimization system based on ASP.NET for the feasibility, finally made the system's overall development plan.The network optimization system designed by this paper is based on B/S architecture. In Visual Studio2005 development platform, using the.net framework technology, front desk using c#, HTML language, etc., background database SQLServer2000 is adopted to improve the program and the preparation of the interface. System in accordance with the overall design, detailed design, programming and system test, the order of the complete system modeling and finally realizes the system. Finally after a run and test to ensure system safety and reliability.
