With the modernization of the society, the pace of economic globalization is more and more quick, competition of bank industry is more and more fierce. And customer is the key elements of existence and development of the banks, the customer number will be a big advantage in the competition. Banks' focus turns to the customer, customer-focused strategy is put forward. Due to domestic banks on the development of informatization start late, compared with the same foreign enterprises still exist in the larger gap. At present, most enterprises abroad, through the implementation of enterprise information to advance enterprise management, it has received the tangible results.Compared to other competitors, rural credit cooperatives have less assets, less talent and technology, in this case, the rural credit cooperatives want to improve its competitive strength, only through innovation, grasp the market direction under the condition of rapid development. Keep up with the trend of the current bank information, this paper studies on Yicheng status of rural credit cooperatives, start from the current environment of rural credit cooperatives, customer information management system of the research background and practical significance. The research status of information management system were summarized at home and abroad, summarize the technology and summary, in this article, excellence in customer information management mode at home and abroad for reference, and the precious experience, research information of customer information management, the basic theory and practice, develop a customer information management system suited to the characteristics of the airal credit cooperatives of Yicheng, customer resources, products, marketing, service integration, help to improve the credit business development and economic benefit.Before the system development, first of all we investigate the specific situation of Yicheng rural credit cooperatives, make a demand analysis, from technology, economy, management aspects to discusses the feasibility of system. Together with the related knowledge and technology, the system design scheme is determined. System involves five modules:system management module, basic information management module, customer resource management module, sale management module and service management module. In order to achieve the above functions, system architecture use display layer, transaction layer, data layer, using B/S architecture to design and development, then make a detail design of management system. To develop the software system, specific work includes, system running environment demand, the main function module, function module E-R diagram, database design, interface design, etc. Then the system can greatly improve the efficiency of customer information management, and business decision-making.In general, this article has designed Yicheng customer information management system successfully. After testing the system many times, find that the management system can run normally and can achieve the desired design goals, system requirements are met. Certainly can still exists some problems that have been found, in the process of system subsequent using, if we find the problem, we will solve it as soon as possible, and continue to study, to increase the functional modules, to be a more perfect system.
