Limited to equipment, facilities, time and space, in addition to the high cost and other disadvantages, conventional equipment training means has been unable to meet the current teaching, training needs. Driven by the development of computer simulation technology, virtual equipment operation training system solves the shortcomings of conventionaltraining means.This paper studies the construction method of the operation training system of common equipment, and solves the development of the training system for the virtual operation of common equipment.The paper's main content includes:(1) General model of the overall structure of the system and virtual instrument is designed from the system's requirements analysis and general considerations,The model consists of three modules: appearance model, logic operation and background data composition.(2) The model of basic appearance of each layer structure is created by using visual controls according to the structure and function of the common device. Based on finite state machine,device's state is created according to the changes during operating; The system in the development, running in the background to create the device data class simulation data needs to be run(3) Finally, device's operating platform is created by using appearance model. Operating logic data is edited by using real device's operating logic on the device state editor.The combine of operating platform and logic data complete the development of virtual device.Device's process operation is operated on the virtual device operation and training system constructed by using the method.The result show that virtual is controlled by edited operation logic data,and proved that the system and method to build system is feasible.
