Die sorter is In this paper, in order to improve chip sorting efficiency and putting accuracy of high-speed LED chip sorting equipment, study the high-frequency motion systems who accomplish the sorting operation. Considering about the driving characteristics, load characteristics and structural properties, design the flexible acceleration and deceleration rule for different sports needs.First, explaining the relationship between sports performance of high-speed high frequency motion system and putting accuracy of high-speed LED chip sorting equipment. Thus, turn the problem of improving chip sorting efficiency and putting accuracy of high-speed LED chip sorting equipment, into improving moving performance of high frequency motion system. Next, separate the high-frequency motion system into moving platform system, directly driving arm system.And analyze the moving performance separately.Combine chip sorting efficiency and putting accuracy, put forward the requirements of moving table system, directly driving arm system.In response to these requirements, put forward a set of technical solutions of flexible acceleration and deceleration rule for high-frequency motion system which including high-frequency motion system characteristics analysis, control system modeling, command response characteristic analysis, the design of flexible acceleration and deceleration rule, and the implementation.For the moving platform system, firstly, analyze the characteristics of the moving platform system. Then design the control model of it, and finally design the flexible acceleration and deceleration rule for the chip feeding movement, position feeding movement.For the directly driving arm system, firstly, analyze the characteristics of the directly driving arm system. Then design the control model of it, and finally design the flexible acceleration and deceleration rule for the chip transferring movement.In order to verify the correctness of the technical solutions of flexible acceleration and deceleration rule for high-frequency motion system, design verification experiment for the chip feeding, position feeding and chip transferring flexible acceleration and deceleration rule. Then in order to verify the correctness of the technical solutions of flexible acceleration and deceleration rule further, design the comprehensive experiment with the three flexible acceleration and deceleration rules integrated into high-speed LED chip sorting equipment by analyzing the chip sorting efficiency and putting accuracy.Results show that the chip feeding, position feeding, chip transferring flexible acceleration and deceleration rule, can help improve the transition time and the positioning accuracy of high-frequency motion system. And improve the chip sorting efficiency and putting accuracy of high-speed LED chip sorting equipment.
