In recent years, the development of industrial products and the modernization of national defense has put forward higher requirements on the performance of sensor, the resreach on the new high performance sensors have received more and more attention. The two important research directions of the new high performance sensors are new materials and structures, and the nano-structure is especially stressed. The main work of this paper includes two parts. The first part is the research on the performance of the Pt nanowires infrared detectors,.We constructed a test system and measured related parameters for the detectors including temperature coefficient of resistance, thermal conductivity, thermal time constant, specific spectral detectivity and noise spectral density. The second part is the design of infrared absorption gas detection module,which was based on the nondispersive infrared absorption princilple.The sensors were made from the Pt nanowires infrared detectors.The infrared gas detection modules were designed tomeasure the CO2-concentration and the feasibility of the module was analized..First, the thesis gives a brief introduction on the principle of infrared detection, the principle of infrared absorption gas detector and the current situation of the development of gas sensors, and then elaborates the significance of the research and the main work of this paper. The Chapter II of the thesis shows the details of measuring processes of thermal property, optical and electrical properties for the Pt nanowires infrared detectors. The Chapter III and Chapter IV are for the software and hardware design of infrared absorption gas detection module. The last Chapter gives the full text summary. This research on the performance of Pt nanowires infrared detector can provide a reference to further research on the infrared focal plane array based on nanowires infrared detection unit,at the same time, the design of infrared absorption gas detection module can also provide a reference to someone who research the same orientation.
