In recent year, with the development of IP(Internet Protocol) network technology, IP control switch is undergoing updating. Traditional imitate IP switches will be updated to multimedia IP switches, which are more powerful, more easier to maintain and more scalable to operate. Because of the advanced nature of the IP protocol, compared with digital program-controlled switches, which is based on the circuit-switched technology,soft switch system can not only provide basic voice and data services, but also provide new services such as video conferencing, video surveillance, unified communications and instant messaging, etc. These new services are just to meet the electricity market and power grid's requirements(information technology, automation, interactive features which is proposed by the smart grid).Integrated Control Dispatcher of Electric Power System use C/S structure and soft-switching technology. The main object is the border or specific industries such as electricity, coal, etc. On the one hand these industries lack of the internet environment,can't meet the requirements of the deployment of the Internet, such as wiring length can't reach the technical requirements.On the other hand these special industry environment has arranged a traditional telephone line. On the base of using soft-switching technology,the access terminal of the structural model is a telephone line instead of cable, and let GCU(Gate Control Unit) server act as a conversion. That is, integrated control dispatcher via a telephone line connected to the GCU server, GCU server connected to the other end of the network cable. Through access to the Internet, the integrated control dispatcher can be linked with telephone line and take full use of soft-switching technology. This is the innovation in this thesis. On the basis of complete these thesis contents, first by doing some research on the background of the integrated control dispatcher, and get the importance of scheduling the use of soft-switching technology; then introduce the key technology in this projects; next, describe the system needs analysis, system design overall architecture, left processor design and right processor design and various functional modules; finally, give detail description of the specific implementation of the keyinteraction module and interaction with other modules. In this thesis, the core of control interactive module is state matrix. State matrix is a two-dimensional array of function pointers. This column represents the two-dimensional array of events, line represents the state. Internal logic to the image of the state matrix is expressed by SDL diagram.After six months of the project's design and development, the integrated control dispatcher has finished and success use in a power plant of Guangzhou. By allowing these particular industries without changing the current line and wire costs premise, the user can still use the dispatcher system based on soft switch technology. At the same time, the dispatcher can provide a clear call and the function is operating normally, greatly facilitate the user, received much praise from user.
