With LED development and good application performance industry valued each country, then the importance of research and development of LED device also highlights out. Micro Linear Reciprocating displacement work is very important in the mechanical structure LED device, its structural design study will have a very important position.By analyzing the LED equipment and patents has emerged in market, this thesis analysis the advantages and disadvantages of the high speed and high precision linear micro-displacement reciprocating LED platform structure existing and combining micro reciprocating linear motion devices LED module features proposed design needs, paving the way for a subsequent structural design and experiment.Based on considerations of cost and development cycle engineering applications, this thesis takes a specific structural design in the LED motion detector probe micro analysis and micro LED sorting machine arm movement and thimble three micro-micro-motion movement module by using the traditional motor-driven mechanical transmission scheme-s, the three linear reciprocating motion module micro-micro-displacement platform has been successfully developed and market the device to obtain a good application.In order to meet the needs of the LED device's further upgrade,as a significant mechanical structure in the device, micro-displacement reciprocating linear stage need a further study, considering the piezoelectric ceramic having excellent output performance micro-displacement, this thesis will also carry out research in the piezoelectric ceramic LED device applications.Depending on the features and characteristics of piezoelectric ceramic LED device mechanical structure, LED micro motion detector module using a new program of piezoel-ectric ceramic bending actuator piece linear reciprocating drive probe and studied the control method of the piezoelectric ceramic bending caused by the moving plate driven probe and achieved good results.Because LED sorting machine output displacement of micro-displacement platform demanding itinerary, currently there are piezoelectric ceramics on the market can not meet their demand for direct output displacement, therefore, this thesis based on a flexible hinge micro-displacement amplification mechanism, determine the key parameters of the micro-displacement amplification mechanism using finite element analysis. This thesis als-o conducted a drive arm and needle and other individual experiments and research work for micro-displacement amplification actuator which composed by stack of piezoelectric ceramic and micro-displacement amplification mechanism based on flexible hinges and made some achievements.
