Precision positioning technology is one of the basic technologies of modern science and technology. With the continuous development of science and technology, more and more field are using nanometer positioning technology. Nanometer positioning technology has become a forward force to promote technological development. It has been widely used in many fileds such as fiber alignment system, scanning probe microscopes, ultra-precision machining, the precision positioning of semiconductor manufacturing and miniature injury surgery. The monitoring software is an indispensable part of the high precision micro-displacement platform control system. It need monitor key parameters and adjust them timely in the process control, control the running status of the whole system, and realize the ideal human-machine interaction. Meanwhile, the openness and extensibility of the monitoring software has been required.According to considering monitoring software both generality and specificity, this thesis designed and developed the monitoring software of high precision micro-displacement aiming at the control performance index and the test performance index well designed. The main work of this thesis is as follows:(1)This thesis has introduced the research significance, application fields and problems of the micro-displacement platform.At the same time, the control system and monitoring software of the high precision micro-displacement have been described in the research and application situation.Moreover, there is almost no molding monitoring software products of micro-displacement platform in China, and its research and development is still in infancy.(2)This thesis designed the USB communication part of the high precision micro-displacement platform control system. Fisrt, the whole structure of micro-displacement platform has been described.Secondly, in view of the USB communication part, the control system used a method combined with DSP, CPLD and USB to control signal transmission and data communication.Finally, the thesis introduced the hardware design and software design of USB communication part.(3)The monitoring software of high precision micro-displacement has been designed and developed.The thesis firstly analyzes the requirements of monitoring software,and then adopts the the UML modeling tool design the architecture of the monitoring software, and constructs static and dynamiec models for the system monitoring software. On the basis of the above study,the monitoring software of high precision micro-displacement platform is detailedly designed and developed by using Visual Studio2010 c# design language, OOP, RAP and the modular design idea. Its function aspects include the man-machine interface, the control performance analysis module, the displacement module, the calibration analysis module, the key parameters configuration module, the data management module, and the USB communication module.This thesis realized the monitoring of performance and regulation of key parameters for the high precision micro-displacement platform control system, and completed the development of the corresponding module.(4)This thesis tested and verified the monitoring software of the high precision micro-displacement platform.First, combing with the design of high precision micro displacement control system, USB communication part was tested and validated between the monitoring software and the controller. On the basis of the above study, the online debug of whole system was realized between the monitoring software, and the communication protocol of the function modules has been tested. Finally, in the precision motion control lab, this thesis tested system analysis module, calibration analysis module and displacement module. Test results ultimately verify the functions of micro-displacement platform monitoring software, and its functions can satisfy the design requirements. The experimental results proved that the monitoring software not only can monitor the operational process and key parameters of high precision micro-displacement platform, but also can monitor and adjust system control performance through performance analysis module.In addition, the monitoring software can set system filter and make error compensation with the use of spectrum analysis function and system error calibration function.In conclusion, the monitoring software designed and developed for the high precision micro-displacement platform meets control system requirements, and it is real-time and stable. Design thoughts and implementation methods of the monitoring software is worth reference for construction of micro-displacement platform control system and similar system.
