In today's global economy, competition is increasingly fierce in the international market, product innovation is the core of the starting point of all business activities, is the basis for the survival of enterprises and development. Today, product innovation is more complex and systematic,so the designers should be better to master the scientific understanding of human- things, and the companies should be by thinking, design methods, and innovative products to guide their product development. Especially for domestic manufacturing headphones, lack of core competitiveness, most rely on low-skilled, low-price stays at the low-end segment. China-related manufacturing companies need to speed up industrial restructuring and upgrading, to establish their own R & D center, to grasp the core competitiveness in order to create an influential brand.This study is mainly designed for wireless headset sports groups. First of all start from wireless headset product internal cause, including the history and development trends; research on the technical aspects of wireless headsets including the structure, principles and human, etc.; With a large number of data collection after the existing market products, Sorting a Competitive Analysis, extract relevant data and parameters of quality products, then understanding the overall pattern of the market for future product market to find a breakthrough. Secondly, it focuses on the research and analysis of user needs, through the collection of background information to understand the future sports lifestyle trends, grasp population characteristics of consumers through questionnaires, buying habits and attitudes towards the use of headphones, value trends. After determining the typical user behavior careful observation and behavior analysis to further validate the results of the previous analysis, tap the potential demand, find the problem and the nature of the phenomenon. According to the above results, the conclusion that sport headphones is "no radio no movement".Based on the wireless headset products, on the basis of related literature reading, combined with the design methodology and related subjects such as man-machine engineering, user research, through the act of observation method, questionnaire method, focusing on exercise groups demand model is set up using wireless headset for behavior analysis. With the "production, learning and research" project, Suzhou Shang Sheng company's actual product development project as an example, based on demand model was subjected to complete implementation of the program. The ultimate aim of this paper hope that through macro "objects" in combination with microscopic "thing" in the study, providing a viable basis for future reference and related product design and research.
