With the rapid development of the computer network communication technology and thedaily increasing of its scale, the application of the computer network communicationtechniques to a large complex network control system has already become one of the growingtrend of the control system. More importantly, more and more people are paying theirattentions to the relevant study of this technology. However, the intervention of the networkalso brings numerous disadvantages as the delay time and the packet loss in network controlsystem which all make the exploration and the study of the system become more difficult andcomplicated for us to master. For this reason, this thesis mainly aims to the design of thenetwork control system observer, the analysis of the existence of delay time and packet loss inthe process of data transmission in the network control system, and the study of the optimalguaranteed cost reliable control techniques of the network control system which can bedivided into the following three Parts.The first Part deals with the study of the total state feedback. We can’t get all theinformation from the network control system with which we often contact due to thecomplexity of the computer architecture and the economic conditions. These make therealization of the total state feedback become more difficult. Therefore, some studies of thefeedback network control system that are based on state observers are of great importance.Furthermore, this thesis makes a detailed research into the design of a state observer on thebasis of output feedback control system and conducts a lot of closed studies by usingLyapunov’s Functional Theory and some relative theories of Linear Matrix Inequality.The second Part makes a detailed study on the appearance of the delay time and packetloss in the process of data transmission in the network control system due to theindeterminacy of most control systems. What’s more, this thesis makes some closed analysesand researches on the effect of the stability of NCS which are on the basis of the considerationof the delay time and the packet loss in network control system, the application of Lyapunov’sFunctional Theory and some relative theories of Linear Matrix Inequality.The third Part deals with the application of the guaranteed cost control theory. As weknow, with the recent network engineering, the guaranteed cost control theory are being applied more broadly. What’s more, the stability and the anti-jamming capability of theguaranteed cost control make the employment of it become more and more important.Consequently, the thesis studies a kind of discrete control system model on the basis of thesingle packet transmission and the accurate upper bound delay control system, whichdescribes the network control system. On the foundation of this model and the application ofthe robust control principle, Lyapunov’s Functional Theory and some other related theories,the necessary conditions for the guaranteed cost control law of the network control system,the approaches for designing the dynamic output feedback controller of the network controlsystem which is a guaranteed cost control which can realize the dynamic output, and thetechniques for making optimal guaranteed cost control laws are studied in the thesis.
