With the development of the society and the progress of science and technology, computer image processing technology as an emerging technology has entered every corner of the military, production and life. At present, image processing technology has been widely used in many ways, such as communication technology, remote sensing technology, computer science, biomedical, industrial production, etc. Depending on the specific purpose, the field of image processing technology can be divided into multiple research direction, and the main research direction includes:?image digitization,? image enhancement and recovery, ?image coding,?image reconstruction, ?image pattern recognition and?computer graphics. Now every field of computer image processing technology has become an irreplaceable key technology.Image restoration is one of the key technology of computer image processing technology. More and more demand for image restoration drive the rapid development of the research direction. For example, when high-speed aircraft capturing images, the factors of speed error, atmospheric turbulence, temperature, and equipment lead to produce the phenomenon such as fuzzy noise capture. Highway camera, capturing motor vehicle violations, sometimes leads to the capture of the images which are not accurately judge the illegal motor vehicle license plate number because of factors such as weather, speed, photographic equipment. All these problems need to effective recovery of image, to obtain the information in the image.This thesis compile a variety of the world's leading method to restore motion blurred image, such as:Total Variation image restoration deconvolution method, Wiener deconvolution method, Bragg splitting algorithm, containing noise image division algorithm of Total Variation restoration deconvolution method, etc. to improve optimize and select more suitable for the experimental parameters, using the fuzzy image recovery software for the design and implementation. Blurred image recovery software is mainly solved, high-speed aircraft due to external factors leading to the capture of the fuzzy image with noise, and other issues, through the post-processing blurred image recovery software. These have noisy and fuzzy image can be restored or reconstructed to information-value image. Combined with the software of experimental data, the above methods'improvement and optimization of restoring motion blurred image have got a better recovery effect.
