Design And Implementation Of An Intelligent Property Steward Based On Android System

With the increase of personal wealth, property management is becoming more and more important, and personal financial planning has become a requirement of many people. In personal financial planning, consumer spending plan and investment plan are important factors to ensure that people can maintain and add their property value.In order to facilitate people to manage daily personal income and spending as well as make personal consumption expenditure plan and investment plan, in this paper, an intelligent property management software is designed and implemented in the Android system.At first, the research background and research status of personal property management software are introduced in this paper, and the deficiencies of the existing property management software is also analyzed, afterwards a kind of intelligent property steward system is proposed. Secondly, the system requirements analysis is made among personal property management demand and daily life case in different stages of life, by which the intelligent property steward system is designed. This system mainly includes three functions that are accounting, spending plan and investment analysis. At the same time, considering the difference of personal property management under different stages of life, the user are divided into four categories according to stage of life, which includes student stage, work single stage, work married stage and retired stage. Spending plan and investment analysis under different stage of life are different. Finally, the system implementation and testing are finished. At this process, the Eclipse software is used as a development tool, and the Android SDK is used as a development environment, and Java language is used to program function module, and the XML document is used to control user interface layout, and Android's own SQLite database is used to store data. The Eclipse software is also used to generate installation files of the intelligent property steward system. Software running results in the mobile phones show that the software can realize all functions designed with stable performance and has practicability.
